- All programs are subject to change without notice. No refunds or exchanges are given, except in the case of program cancellations.
- Seating is available at all performances on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of seats are reserved for passholders in each screening. Passholders must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to screening start time to guarantee seating.
- Each film will be shown in its original language with English subtitles, unless otherwise noted.
- The majority of festival films are not rated. Please be aware that films may not be suitable for ages 16 and under unless otherwise noted. Parental discretion is advised.
- All audience members must leave the theater following each screening.
- Leaving belongings and/or saving seats between shows is not allowed.
- Cameras, camera phones and recording devices are not permitted in the theater. Please silence all cellular phones and pagers when in the theater.
- Due to piracy prevention efforts by our film suppliers, you may be subject to physical search of your person or personal property upon entrance to festival venues.
